What follows is a brief story of my own search for completion and how it brings me to 'this' moment. This article isn't meant to tell the Whole story, primarily I write it to aid myself in my own endeavours/search for completion, that said, if it aids another I feel humbly grateful to be of service.

It seems from the time we are born the search begins to seek out our mate or that significant other that leads us to a level of completion within ourselves. Its as if we are pre-programmed to seek unity with our existence, and for many we choose to do this through the seeking out of a mate.

We first enter the game with our eyes wide open and our heart full of vigor and hope. We feel attracted to certain things, certain people, and as we journey along we choose not to ask ourselves why. We enter into various relationships usually seeking some form of love through the other person, through connection we begin to discover ourselves, our passion, our intimacy, our fears. The years pass and we are now rich in experience. At some point we perceived hurt through our choices, we felt that someone let us down or it was we who let ourselves down. Later we were to realise the opportunities that these experiences afforded us but while we immersed ourselves in the emotion of 'that' moment the bigger picture wasn't to be seen. Our emotional experiences with others lead us to make new choices and new assumptions about what we really want, what type of relationship do we truly wish to manifest. Some decide to retreat to the safety of the self, some become slightly cynical and jaded, and some choose to continue learning through love, transforming themselves through each experience. In truth we most probably spend some time in all of these modes and the myriad of others that we choose to create as we seek to discover completion in this existence.

The experiences we encounter can serve to direct us to our inner truth. Our connection to spirit may begin to blossom under diverse circumstances (a blessing in disguise?). We begin to attain a new freedom of self, a loving and empowering outlook on our past endeavors is now ours. Our connection to heart is now secured, we realise what the search was about, it was about love, self-recognition, self-worth. These things are now claimed by us through the knowingness of self, and so maybe this is it….maybe this is 'job done' so to speak. We know where our love now emanates from, we realise that the beauty that we love in others was truly the recognition of the love that they brought forth within ourselves. It is the feeling of love that we fall in love with, it is the energy of ourselves, the energy of our twinflame.

What we search for isn't a worldly love, it isn't truly of a physical nature, it's a love of the Divine. The Divine portion of our-self that we choose to recognise in the outer world, the meetings/mergings run to our own timetable and we already know the outcomes. First and foremost our twinflame is an energy, just as we are…it can enter our sphere of existence at any moment, through anyone or anything, it may be shared for a moment or a lifetime and everything else in-between. But either way one thing is for certain, you will know when you've been touched, you will know that energy with no mistake for in essence it will be you.

You know when you've chosen to meet, you know how you've chosen to meet….its all exactly how you would have wanted it, is this not perfection in motion? It seems that nows the time when we as a collective are choosing to re-unite with each other. Many are here to heal the final stages, to recognise their beauty in beingness before opting to recognise it in another. The groundwork is done, this time when you meet, the merging is one of balance and expansion.

The descriptions of this 'twinflame' journey are uniquely an interpretation of this One's experience. All are welcome to agree or disagree but the bottom line still remains that before we may truly recognise and merge with the love and Divinity of another we must recognise these qualities in our-self first.
